Our Process
1. Start with a consultation
You meet with us for a consultation to identify your needs and answer questions about your retirement under CSRS or FERS.
2. Gather your information
You gather the required information and documents.
3. We complete or review your application or forms
We complete your entire retirement application, one form, or multiple forms for you. Or, you fill out your application, and we review it for errors and omissions.
4. Submit your application
You submit your application to your Human Resources office.
5. We provide more help if you need it
We remain available while OPM processes your retirement package if you need to consult with us further.
Federal TransFERS Service Packages
GOLD offers counseling advice and then works hands-on with the applicant to include not only the completed OPM retirement package, but also all benefits, such as Social Security, Medicare, Life and Long Term Care Insurance, TSP Options, Benefits Forms with decision-making counseling, Military Service, Surviving Spouse and Life Changing events. Estimated length of time: 5-7 hours.
SILVER offers counseling advice and then works hands-on with the applicant to complete the OPM package, which includes the Retirement Applications and Benefit Forms. Estimated length of time: 2-4 hours.
BRONZE offers professional review of an individual’s completed OPM forms. Estimated length of time: 1-2 hours.
